Where are criminal checks conducted?

The criminal check screening is conducted at all Postnet locations countrywide. You will be booked in for a background check once all your documents and qualifications have been verified. Our team will ask for your preferred Postnet location and book your criminal background check through the HERO app. 

 

This will help you get a feel of the HERO app job flow before your first job with a real Home+ client. Be ready to accept it!
