How long does it take for my my profile to be activated?

The time between signing up and account activation depends on how fast you can upload all the required documents for your category. If your documents and profile are vetted and verified successfully, you will be invited to a quick training session. 

During this training session, we will:

• Show you how our app works
• Discuss the do’s and don’ts on the Home+ platform
• Answer any questions you might have; and 
• Conduct a short quiz

Training is the last step of our onboaring process before your Hero account can be activated.
