I can’t find the app on my app store?

The “getHERO” app is only available to users in South Africa at the moment.  If you are in South Africa but still unable to find it in your app store, change your country to “South Africa” in your Apple ID account. Go to Settings:

Apple ID > Media & Purchases > View Account > Country/Region > Change Country or Region. 

Set the country to “South Africa”. Return to the app store and search “getHERO”.
