I need to update my bank account details?

Follow the steps below in your Hero app. 

  • Tap “View HERO Profile”
  • Scroll down and tap “Bank Details”
  • Make your updates
  • Tap the “Update” button

 

Remember to upload a new bank account confirmation letter in line with your new bank details.
