I can’t make it for a scheduled job, what should I do?
We always expect you to complete all the confirmed jobs in your diary. Our clients expect the same and this is a minimum requirement if your business is to flourish.
However, we know that emergencies do happen. If you can’t make it for a scheduled job, you can:
- Reschedule the job – speak with your client to determine the next suitable date and time.
- Cancel the job – cancel as soon as you know that you can’t make it, or at least 12 hours before. This allows us to find another suitable Hero to complete the job.
