I am not receiving any job notifications, is there an issue with my profile?

We have just launched the Home+ app and are currently testing several app features with family, friends, and employees. This is the reason why you are experiencing low job request numbers. You can expect more jobs as we ramp up our marketing efforts to secure more customers across South Africa. 

 

In the meantime, please make sure that you have downloaded the latest version of the hero app, your notifications are turned ON and are ready to accept job requests in your area.
