How do I book a home maintenance job?

In your Home+ App: 

• Select “Home” and enter your property address in the address search bar at the top of the screen.
• Select a category in the “Schedule A Job” section i.e. Plumbing, Handyman, or Electrician.
• Tap “Add Tasks” to select the services you need. You can select more than one service.
• Add some pictures to help describe the job. Pictures help Heroes understand the job requirements better before arriving at your property.
• Add a short job/problem description of what needs to be done or fixed. The more detail, the more helpful it is for the Heroes.  
• Select any tools you feel the Hero might need to carry for the job. You can skip this if you are unfamiliar with the required tools.
• To book an on-demand job, Select “Now” or tap “Later” to schedule an appointment at a future date and time.
• Securely add a payment method i.e. bank card or select one if already added and tap “Next”.
• Review the job details and tap any section to edit.
• When you are satisfied, tap “Submit”. Our system will match you to an available Hero.
