How certain are you that the Hero is who they say they are?

We are 100% certain. As part of the vetting process, a picture is taken of the Hero. The Hero’s fingerprints, picture and identification details are run through the SAPS database as well as Home Affairs. The details are required to match up exactly for a positive verification.
